Tax Legal Services

James Komperda is a practicing attorney since 1987. He has worked formerly in the Office of Chief Counsel, Internal Revenue Service, Chicago,  Illinois. In that capacity, Mr. Komperda rendered advice to the United States Department of Justice and the IRS District Director on a wide variety of tax issues.

Jim received both his J.D. (Juris Doctorate) and L.L.M. (Masters of Law in Taxation) at John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Illinois. Jim has also been a guest speaker at the Loyola School of Law, Federal Tax Clinic, Chicago, Illinois. Additionally, Jim has provided expert witness testimony in court in relation to financial issues.
